AWESOME JOB!
Great job to the entire 7th & 8th Grade for raising $101.50 in less than 24 hours for
Haiti as part of the annual NCAA Tournament Fundraiser.
Congratulations to my homeroom for raising $75.73 for an Pro-Life organization in Dubuque.  I am proud of the 7th & 8th grade for their generosity.

REAL WORLD CONNECTIONS
Our Middle School students recently sent letters to Mississippi Governor, Haley Barbour, to ask him to not allow the state of Mississippi to create commemorative license plates in honor of Confederate General Nathan Bedford Forrest.  Forrest was also the founder of the KKK.
